§ 1.30.010. Judicial review of city decisions.¶
Judicial review of city decisions pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5 shall be governed by California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 and the time limits for filing specified therein.

§ 1.30.020. Notice of decision.¶
The head of the city department having responsibility for the subject matter of a city decision which is subject to judicial review under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.5 shall, immediately after the city's final decision, provide written notice to the affected party that the time within which a petition for judicial review must be filed with the Superior Court is governed by California Code and Civil Procedure Section 1094.6. As used herein, "party" includes (a) an officer or employee who has been suspended, demoted, or dismissed; (b) a person whose permit, license or other entitlement has been revoked or suspended, or whose application for a permit, license, or other entitlement has been denied; and (c) a person whose application for a retirement benefit or allowance has been denied.
