Menlo Park Municipal Code § 1.24.010 Maintenance—Unlawful acts

There shall be maintained at or near the entrance to the city hall an official bulletin board whereon shall be posted such notices and other matter as may from time to time by law or by order of the City Council be required to be posted. It is unlawful for any person wilfully to deface, injure or remove such board or for any unauthorized person to mark, deface, remove or destroy any notice or other matter thereon posted.
