• 3.08.010 Investment of city monies

Pursuant to and in accordance with Cal. Gov’t Code §§ 53607, 53608 and 53635, as those may be amended from time to time, the City Council, by resolution, shall provide for the investment of city monies and any delegation of authority for the investments.
