Sec. 22.12.120 - Records.

Any person who removes human remains, artifacts or other evidence of an archaeological site from such site shall, whether or not a permit has been issued or was required, submit to the N.I.C. a written list itemizing such remains, artifacts and other evidence so removed. The list shall briefly describe each item removed, the date of removal, and the name, address and signature of the person removing same. The N.I.C. shall preserve such lists as part of the records of the Commission.

Sec. 22.12.130 - Maps and Registers.

The Commission shall provide all acquired archaeological information to the N.I.C. for the preparation and maintenance of maps and registers of all known archaeological sites within Mendocino County.

Sec. 22.12.140 - Unauthorized Disclosure.

It shall be unlawful, prohibited and a misdemeanor for any person to wilfully disclose, sell or furnish to any person any map or register, any copy thereof, or any information pertaining thereto, which has been prepared or maintained by the N.I.C. or the Commission unless authorized to do so by the N.I.C. or the Commission.
