13.06.010 - Purpose.

It is the purpose of this chapter to establish a policy that governs the discontinuation of residential water service for nonpayment.

13.06.020 - Water service discontinuation policy.

A. The city council shall adopt by resolution a written policy on discontinuing residential service for nonpayment.

B. The city shall comply with the written policy in all actions to discontinue residential water service.
