§ 2.36.010. Deposit of city funds.

All officials of the city having in their charge any moneys belonging to the city or who shall on behalf of the city collect any money or funds, shall deposit such moneys or funds with the city treasurer as required by Sections 53680 and 53681 of the Government Code.

§ 2.36.020. Quarterly reports.

All the financial officers of the city shall make statements or reports in writing, of their respective offices, to the council at their first meeting in April, July, October and January of each year.
