§ 11.30.010. Procedure for abandonment.

The procedure set forth in the Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements of Vacation Law (Sections 8300 et seq. of the California Streets and Highways Code), as from time to time amended, shall be used within the city with respect to the abandonment or vacation of streets and easements. The city council may establish by resolution a fee to accompany any application for such abandonment or vacation.
