§ 9.28.010. Restricted.¶

No person shall deal, play, carry on, open or cause to be opened, conduct or bet at or against any game prohibited by laws of the State, with cards, dice or any device, for money, checks, credit or other representative of value, except draw poker played in a cardroom licensed under Chapter 5.48 of this code.
