§ 8.04.010. County Ordinance—Adopted—Authority.

Chapter 413-3 (Public Health and License Fees) as set forth in the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County is hereby adopted by reference with those changes, additions and deletions made from time to time by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors.

§ 8.04.020. County Ordinance—Interpretation.

In the Ordinance Code of the County as adopted by reference, the reference in that Code to an office, official title or other designation means the corresponding office, title or designation in the governmental structure of the City. If there is no corresponding office, title or designation, then the reference means the office or person in the City who performs the function or duty referred to in the Ordinance Code adopted by reference.

§ 8.04.030. Penalty for violations.

A person who violates a provision of the Ordinance Code of the County as adopted by reference is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of $500.00, imprisonment or 6 months or both.
