§ 5.32.010. Designated.¶
A. Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapters 5.04 through 5.28 or knowingly or intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or employee of this City a material fact in procuring the license or permit herein provided for, is guilty of a misdemeanor unless specified an infraction.
B. Unless otherwise provided, any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the provisions of the Municipal Code of the City, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
C. An infraction is punishable as provided by the Government Code and the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
D. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the City is committed, continued or permitted by such person and shall be punishable accordingly.
