§ 13.29.010. Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District.

The City Council may set up Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District(s) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" of the State of California Streets and Highways Code, Division 15, Section 22500 et seq. and any amendment thereto. Each such Assessment District shall be formed after conducting a public hearing and as provided for in the said Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All future developments shall participate if such Assessment District is formed by the City.
