§ 13.58.010. Authority.

The City reserves all of its rights under applicable law regarding the regulation of the rates charged by cable operators.

§ 13.58.020. Notice of rate increases.

No later than 30 days prior to the effective date of any proposed increase in rates, the cable operator shall notify its subscribers of its proposed rates by mailing such notice to all subscribers, either separately or in conjunction with bills or other notices sent to subscribers.
