9.12.010 Drinking alcoholic beverages prohibited in designated public

places. No person shall drink any beer, wine or other alcoholic or intoxicating beverage on any public street, highway, alley, sidewalk or parking lot within the city. This section is not intended to make punishable any act or acts which are prohibited by any law of the state of California. (Ord. 80-5 § 1, 1980)

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction. (Ord. 80-5 § 1, 1980)
