Marina Municipal Code Ch. 15.20 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code

Buildings. A. The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, is hereby incorporated in this chapter by reference and made part hereof the same as if fully set forth herein. B. One copy of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings has been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the building official of the city of Marina. The effective date for the operation of the latest edition of the Uniform Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code within the city shall be one year and one hundred eighty days from the date of its first publication by the organization publishing same, unless by ordinance enacted within said period the city council provides otherwise.
