§ 16.03.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this title is to set forth basic requirements for tentative, final and parcel maps. (Ord. 936 § 1, Ex A (part), 1992)

§ 16.03.020. Divisions of land—Five or more parcels.

Except as otherwise provided in the Subdivision Map Act, a tentative subdivision map and final map shall be required or divisions of land into five or more parcels, five or more condominiums, a community apartment project containing five or more parcels, or for conversion of a dwelling to a stock cooperative containing five or more unit. The preparation, review and approval of these maps shall be governed by the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and this title. (Ord. 936 § 1, 1992)

§ 16.03.030. Divisions of land—Four or fewer parcels.

A tentative parcel map and a parcel map shall be required for all divisions of land into four or fewer parcels for which the Subdivision Map Act requires a parcel map, and for all other land divisions for which the Subdivision Map Act requires a parcel map, unless the requirement for a parcel map is waived pursuant to this title, in which case neither a tentative parcel map nor a parcel map shall be required.
