Manhattan Beach Municipal Code Ch. 13.01 Filing of Maps by Utilities

Every public utility operating in whole or in part in the City shall file with the Director of Public Works a plat or map showing and setting forth in detail the location, depth, size and date of laying all pipes and mains owned, leased, operated, controlled or used by such public utilities within, under or upon any public street, alley or public place within the City. Said plat or map shall be verified by oath of the President, Secretary or other managing officer or person of such public utilities.
