9.12.010. - Nude swimming.

(a) Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this section, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Person or private parts thereof is defined and interpreted in the same manner as the phrase has been defined and interpreted in Penal Code § 314.

Swimming or bathing means the same as commonly used or defined.

Waters of the Town means any lake, pond, stream, creek, tributary or similar conduit of water thereto located within the boundaries of the Town.

(b) Prohibition. No person over the age of ten years shall swim or bathe in the waters of the Town without physical covering of the private parts of the person.
