Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code Ch. 15.12 Construction Fees

A fee for each building permit shall be paid to the Building Division as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. The Building Official shall make the determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions of this Code. The valuation to be used in computing the permit fees shall be the total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued, as well as roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and any other permanent work or permanent equipment.

When plans or other data are required to be submitted, an adequate plan review deposit shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for review. The amount of the plan check deposit shall be determined by the Building Official.

Plumbing and gas fees shall be as established in the Master Fee Schedule.

Mechanical fees shall be as established in the Master Fee Schedule.

Electrical permit fees shall be as established in the Master Fee Schedule.

The Building Division, at its option, may issue a permit based upon the number of anticipated inspections. Fees for said permit shall be per the Master Fee Schedule.

All fees shall be due and payable prior to the issuance of the permit.
