3.04.010. - County authority; real property.¶

Pursuant to and in compliance with Government Code § 51501, the assessment and tax collection duties which otherwise might be performed by a Town Assessor and Tax Collector, respective to real property, secured and unsecured, are transferred to the Assessor and Tax Collector of the County. This section shall not apply to any other Town tax.
