1.24.010 - Supervisorial district boundaries.

Following each federal decennial census, the board shall, by resolution, adopt boundaries for all of the supervisorial districts of the county so that the supervisorial districts shall be substantially equal in population as required by the United States Constitution and California Elections Code Section 21500, et seq., as may be amended.

The supervisorial districts described in this chapter are set forth on that certain map filed and recorded in the Madera County recorders office.
