11-1.1 2022 California Administrative Code Adopted:¶

Except as provided in this Chapter, the “2022 California Administrative Code” is hereby adopted in its entirety and shall be and become the administrative code of the city of Lynwood. (Ord. #1755, §3)

11-1.2 Conflicting Provisions:¶

In the event of a conflict between any provision contained in the administrative code and the administrative provisions of the city’s building codes, the more specific provision shall be given effect, unless another applicable provision is determined by the building official to more fully provide for the public health and safety and/or will more fully promote the intent of the city’s building codes. (Ord. #1755, §3)
