2.04.010 Meetings

The regular meeting of the Council shall be on a day, at a location and have a starting time as set forth in a resolution adopted by the Council. Special meetings may be held as provided for in a resolution adopted by the Council.

Ordinance Section Two: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage. Within fifteen (15) days after its passage, the Deputy City Clerk / City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be posted with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the ordinance in at least three public places in the City, as authorized by Government Code Section 36933.

Introduced, passed and adopted at a regular meeting of City Council held on the 17th day of April, 2018, by the City Council of the City of Loyalton, State of California, by the following roll call vote, to-wit:

ORDINANCE NO. 417 An Ordinance of the LOYALTON CITY COUNCIL of the CALPERS authorizing an amendment to the contract between the LOYALTON CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LOYALTON and the Board of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. The LOYALTON CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LOYATLON does ordain as follows:

Section 1.

That an amendment to the contract between the LOYALTON CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LOYALTON and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

Section 2.

The MAYOR of the LOYALTON CITY COUNCIL is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.

Section 3.

This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 30 days from the passage thereof shall be published at least TWO TIMES in the MOUNTAIN MESSENGER, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in SIERRA COUNTY and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. Adopted and approved this 16 day of October , 2012.
