occupancy, shall be done in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the California Building Code, California Residential Code, California Plumbing Code, California Electrical Code, California Mechanical Code, and California Wildland Urban Interface Code. Nothing in this code shall be construed to cancel, modify, or set aside any provisions of the Town of Los Gatos Zoning Code.
