§ 2-4.01. Adoption.

An official seal is hereby adopted for the City. In the center of the seal and within the inner margin shall be inscribed the words "Incorporated", "Seal", "May 8th, A.D. 1907". On the upper margin of the seal the words "City of Los Banos" shall be inscribed. On the lower margin of the seal the word "California" shall be inscribed.
