§ 2-3.401. Declaration of qualification for State aid.¶
The City hereby declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4 of Part 4 of the Penal Code of the State.

§ 2-3.402. Declaration of adherence to standards.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the City, while receiving aid from the State pursuant to said Chapter 1, shall adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
