Sec. 23.107. Board of Recreation and Parks Commissioners.¶
Said Department is under the control and management of a board of five commissioners known as the Board of Recreation and Parks Commissioners, hereinafter referred to in this chapter as the Board.
Sec. 23.108. Appointment and Removal of the General Manager.¶
The chief administrative officer of the Department of Recreation and Parks shall be known as the General Manager and shall be appointed and removed as provided in Charter Section 508.
