Sec. 20.120. Reference.

References in this Code to the term “Purchasing Agent” shall mean the General Manager of the Department of General Services who is appointed as, and exercises the powers, duty and functions of, Purchasing Agent pursuant to Section 22.502 and Section 22.503.
