91.1808.7.1.1. Exception to CBC Section 1808.7.1. (Added by Ord. No. 186,488, Eff. 12/27/19.) An Exception to CBC Section 1808.7.1 is an open deck or patio not covered with a roof or other overhead structure, which shall not be considered a building for the specific application of the building clearance pursuant to CBC Section 1808.7.1 and CBC Figure 1808.7.1.
