Chapter 17.50 — ZONING CONSISTENCY REVIEW

§ 17.50.010. Purpose and Intent. ¶
Zoning Consistency Review is a ministerial process used by the Director to verify that a proposed land use activity complies with the list of allowed activities in the applicable zone for the subject site. Zoning Consistency Review is conducted in conjunction with the City's Business License issuance process.

§ 17.50.020. Applicability. ¶
Zoning Consistency Review shall be required as part of the City's review of any Business License for a proposed use of property.

§ 17.50.030. Review Process. ¶
Upon the City's receipt of a Business License application, the Director or designee shall review the proposed business use to determine whether that us complies with all applicable land use regulations for the zone of the subject parcel. Where the use is found to comply, the Director or designee shall issue, in writing, a determination of compliance. (Ord. 19-03 § 3, 2019)
