§ 5.12.010. Defined.¶

For purposes of this chapter, a "gaming club" is any establishment where legal gambling is permitted with a license issued pursuant to the State Gaming Control Act, Business and Professions Code, Section 19800 et seq.

Gaming clubs within the town shall remain closed between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m.
