§ 7.30.010. Zones.¶
A. The Town of Loomis hereby designates the Fire Hazard Severity Zones (FHSZ) as developed by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection pursuant to Government Code Section 51178.
B. The FHSZ Map, approved by the Town, is hereby incorporated by reference, and entitled "Town of Loomis Fire Hazard Severity Zones" dated January 22, 2025.
C. The FHSZ Map, approved by the Town of Loomis, is located electronically on the Town of Loomis website at https://loomis.ca.gov/.

§ 7.30.020. Multiple designation.¶
In the event that a single parcel has more than one fire hazard severity zone associated with such parcel on the Town of Loomis Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map, the stricter designation shall apply to the remainder of the parcel. In order to effectively administer fire protection within the area, it is necessary that when a parcel includes more than one FHSZ on a single lot, the highest FHSZ on that lot shall be administered and enforced for the entire lot.
