12.20.010 - Standards.

All derricks and masts erected for drilling, redrilling or remedial operations after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title shall conform to the California Division of Industrial Safety standards.

12.20.020 - Removal.

All derricks and masts hereafter erected for drilling, redrilling or remedial operations, or for use in production operations, shall be removed within thirty (30) days after completion of the work unless otherwise ordered by the D.O.G.G.R.
