Chapter 3.08 — COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND

State Law reference— Provisions on the community redevelopment agency administrative fund, Health and Safety Code § 33610 et seq.

In compliance with the California Redevelopment Law there is created and established a special fund to be known as the community redevelopment agency administrative fund.

Such sums of money that may be appropriated by the City Council deemed necessary for the administrative expense and overhead of the Redevelopment Agency shall be paid into the fund created and established in this Chapter.

The money deposited in the fund shall be used to meet the administrative expenses and overhead of the Redevelopment Agency.
