§ 13.08.010. Service and Connection Charges.¶

The City Council may, by resolution, establish charges, including standby charges, for the sale or furnishing of water or water service, installation of mains, services, meters and related facilities, and water system connection charges, and rules and regulations necessary for the efficient operation of the water system and collection of said charges.
