§ 10.24.010. Erection of Stop Signs.¶
The City Engineer is authorized to determine those streets and intersections of streets at which vehicles are required to stop and erect and maintain stop signs at such streets or intersections of streets. Every such sign shall conform with and shall be placed as provided in Section 21400 of the Vehicle Code of the State.

§ 10.24.020. Obedience to Stop Signs.¶
A. When stop signs are erected, as provided in this Chapter, at the entrance to any intersection or at any railway grade crossing. every driver of a vehicle shall stop as required by the Vehicle Code of the State.
B. The provisions of this Section shall apply at one or more entrances to the intersections as such entrances and intersections are described in this Chapter.
C. The provisions of this Section shall apply at those highway railway grade crossings as described in this Chapter.
