Sec. 5-8.01. - Name.¶
This chapter shall be known as and may be referred to as the Stormwater and Runoff Pollution Control Ordinance.

Sec. 5-8.02. - Adoption of the Los Angeles County Stormwater and Runoff Pollution…¶
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Stormwater and Runoff Pollution Control Ordinance of the County of Los Angeles contained in chapter 12.80 of title 12—Environmental Protection of the Los Angeles County Code relating to control of pollutants carried by stormwater and runoff adopted by the County of Los Angeles on June 9, 1998 is hereby adopted and made a part hereof as though set forth in full. The same shall hereafter constitute the Stormwater and Runoff Pollution Control Ordinance of the City of Lomita relating to the control of pollutants carried by stormwater and runoff and discharging into receiving waters of the United States.
At least one copy of chapter 12.80 of the Los Angeles County Code adopted by Ordinance No. 98-0021 of the County of Los Angeles on June 9, 1998 shall be maintained by the city clerk of the City of Lomita for the use and examination by the public.
