12.08.010 - Established.

A pedestrian mall is established within the east one hundred and sixty feet of the east-west alley as shown in Block 9 on the map entitled "Mokelumne" which map is on file in the office of the county recorder.

12.08.020 - Vehicular traffic.

All vehicular traffic shall be prohibited within the pedestrian mall established by Section 12.08.010 except that deliveries to the establishments facing on such pedestrian mall may be permitted by those vehicles and at such times of the day as may be subsequently established by resolution of the city council.

12.08.030 - Easements.

Any easements for public utility lines located within the pedestrian mall established by Section 12.08.010 are reserved to the city.
