No. 2023, § 1, adopted March 6, 2024, repealed the former Ch. 3.01, §§ 01.010— 3.01.060, 3.01.110—3.01.140, 3.01.210, 3.01.220, 3.01.310—3.01.350, 3.01.410—3.01.500, and 3.01.510, and enacted a new Ch. 3.01 as set out herein. The former Ch. 3.01 pertained to business tax certification and derived from Ord. 1607 § 2 (part), adopted 1995; Ord. 1778 § 2, adopted 2006.
