§ 9-8-1 PARK HOURS.¶
All city parks shall be closed during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Specific exemptions may be granted by the Chief of Police by issuance of a permit. There shall be no fee for such permit.

§ 9-8-2 VIOLATION, PENALTY.¶
Any person convicted of a violation of § 9-8-1 of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by:
(A) A fine not to exceed $50 for a first infraction;
(B) A fine not to exceed $100 for a second violation of this chapter within one year; and
(C) A fine not to exceed $250 for each additional violation of the same chapter within one year.

§ 9-8-3 PROHIBITING GLASS BEVERAGE CONTAINERS IN ALL CITY PARKS.¶
(A) Prohibition. All types of glass beverage containers are prohibited in all city parks. Prohibited glass containers shall include, but not be limited to, glass containers of both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and juices.
(B) Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-3(D) of this code.

§ 9-8-4 PARKING RESTRICTION.¶
(A) Restriction. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, stop, park, or leave unattended any motor vehicle in any portion of city park property or recreation areas during any time except in a space designated for parking such objects, without prior written permission from the city. This section shall not apply to city owned vehicles used for the maintenance and upkeep of city park property or recreation areas, or any other power-driven mobility device (“OPDMD”), as defined by the Code of Federal Regulations.
(B) Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-3(C) of this code.
