§ 3-13-1 INSTALLATION AND OPERATION RESTRICTED.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to install or operate any service station, garage, store or other place of business designed or intended for the sale of gasoline in which it is intended that the customer serve himself or herself without continuous supervision by an attendant, or to install and use unattended coin operated dispensing devices for gasoline.

§ 3-13-2 TRANSFER OF GASOLINE; SUPERVISION REQUIRED.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to transfer gasoline from any storage tank in any service station, garage, store or other place of business designed or intended for sale of gasoline, who is not the owner or operator of said service station, garage, store or such other place of business, or an employee of said owner or operator, unless during the entire time of any such transfer of gasoline, the owner, operator or employee of said owner or operator is present and continuously supervises each transfer.

§ 3-13-3 PENALTY.¶
Violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day or portion thereof which any violation of this chapter shall be committed, continued or permitted to occur. Any person violating any provision of this chapter or failing to comply with any of its requirements shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 1-4-1 of this code.
