§ 9.32.010. Disorderly assemblies prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for two or more persons to congregate or assemble for the purpose of engaging in any type of activity or disturbance that may result in harm to persons or property, or to make or endeavor to make any disturbance on any public street or other public property.
