§ 9.04.010. Unauthorized use of Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System…¶
A. Any unauthorized person who obtains personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. Any person who provides or has provided personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.
