§ 1.12.010. Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 adopted.

California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6, which provides that review of any decision may be had under Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6 only if the petition for writ of mandate is filed within 90 days after the decision becomes final, is applicable to the City.
