9.36.010 Prohibited

It is unlawful for any person to spit upon or discharge mucus from the nose or mouth upon or to throw or place orange peel, lemon peel or any like substance upon any sidewalk or upon any stairs, steps, floor or other part of any public building, hall, room or place where the populace gather, assemble, meet or go on business, duty or pleasure.
