12.16.010 Leaving Dangerous Objects On Streets

It is unlawful for any person to throw, deposit or leave on any street, lane or alley within the city any nails, tacks, broken crockery, scrap iron, tin, wire, bottles or glass or anything liable to cut or puncture the tire of any bicycle, tricycle, motorcycle, carriage, automobile or other vehicle.
