5.40.190 - Certain activity prohibited.¶

No person may engage in the activity of fortunetelling:

(1) Without a license to do so;

(2) In violation of this chapter; or

(3) In violation of a term or condition of the license;

(4) Upon any premises for which a conditional use permit is not issued;

(5) In violation of any condition of a conditional use permit.

5.40.200 - Penalty for violation.¶

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or knowingly or intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or employee of this city, any material fact in procuring the license provided for in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
