13.20.010 - Public facilities improvement standards.

The city council adopts the "2020 Public Facilities Improvement Standards" and the "January 2004 Design Criteria and Procedures Manual" both of which are incorporated by reference and copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk.

13.20.020 - Responsible staff.

Any modifications to the 2020 Public Facilities Improvement Standards or of the design criteria and procedures manual shall include consultation with all affected departments within the city. The city engineer shall be responsible for the content of the standards.
