12.08.010 - Prohibited elsewhere than driveway without permit.

No person shall operate a vehicle across or upon a sidewalk for the purpose of ingress and egress to property at other than a permanent driveway unless he has obtained a temporary driveway permit from the city engineer.

12.08.020 - Temporary driveway permit—Issuance standard.

The city engineer shall issue a temporary driveway permit if he finds that the affected sidewalk area will be protected by wooden planks a minimum of two inches thick.

12.08.030 - Planking removal at night.

The planking required by Section 12.08.020 shall not remain on the sidewalk between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily.
