§ 13.10.010. Regulations.¶
No person shall swim, wade, dive, water ski, or skin dive within one hundred feet of the Spalding boat launch ramp or attendant dockage.

§ 13.10.020. Penalties.¶
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, punishable as provided by Government Code Section 25132(b).

§ 13.10.030. Signage.¶
The Lassen County department of public works shall erect and maintain appropriate signs delineating the regulations set forth in this chapter and the boundaries within which said regulations, shall be effective.

§ 13.10.040. Penalties.¶
