18.90.030 Use Is Not a Home Occupation.¶

18.90.010 Definition of Medical Marijuana Dispensary.¶
A “medical marijuana dispensary” is a facility where marijuana is made available for medical purposes. (Ord. 1030 § 2(12), 2018; Ord. 886 § 1 (part), 1997)
18.90.020 Not an Allowable Use.¶
A medical marijuana dispensary is not an allowable use within any district of the City of Larkspur. (Ord. 1030 § 2(12), 2018; Ord. 886 § 1 (part), 1997)
